LRF mission is to empower disadvantaged and disenfranchised individuals, families and youth to take control of their destiny and function productively by providing them with the necessary skills to realize their dreams, through counseling, education, social skills training, motivation and participating in the treatment of abnormal behaviors to become successful.

LRF was founded on the belief that all people have worth and purpose. Our desire is for our clients to feel worthy and to live purposefully by connecting with self, others and the world around them. We at LRF believe that serving those in need is our purpose. That is what we stand for.
